Brian Fitzpatrick
President
Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for all aspects of Lydian Technology Group's day-to-day operations. Additionally Mr. Fitzpatrick is Lydian Data Services' EVP Product Management and Marketing and in this role he is responsible for directing marketing and product development efforts. He brings 17 years experience in the financial services and mortgage banking industries that includes senior positions at GHR Systems and Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS). Mr. Fitzpatrick has been a speaker for numerous mortgage industry panels and conferences and has authored articles and white papers for a variety of mortgage and related financial services trade publications. Mr. Fitzpatrick attended Rowan College and Temple University.
Don Turner
Senior Vice President of Technology, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Security Officer
Mr. Turner is responsible for directing Technology Advancement and Operations for Lydian Data Services, including Product Delivery and Professional Services, Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, Corporate Security, and Operating Controls Compliance (SAS-70, GLBA). He has over 15 years of professional experience that includes management positions in the Financial Services, Healthcare/Pharmaceutical, and Government Services/Intelligence industries. Mr. Turner served as a member of the Technical Advisory Board for Cisco Systems and was the Technology Committee Co-Chairman for the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council. He attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he pursued undergraduate degrees in Thermal Physics and Mathematics.
Jeff Osheka
Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Osheka is responsible for all technology sales and business development opportunities for the organization. Prior to joining Lydian Technology Group, Mr. Osheka has spent over 20 years within the mortgage and mortgage technology space with such companies as Ultraprise, GHR and Ellie Maer. He has held Senior Level Management Positions in Secondary Marketing, Production, and Servicing with the following firms: Fidelity Mortgage Funding, Mortgage Bankers Service Corp., Dellwood Mortgage Corp. and NVR Mortgage/Ryan Financial Services.
Philippe Turpault
Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for Lydian Data Services & Lydian Technology Group
Mr. Turpault is responsible for Product Management and Marketing. He brings 16 years experience in software marketing, design, and management in a number of industries ranging from Aerospace, Defense, Consumer Electronics to Mortgage Banking. His experience includes several positions from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales at CMstat Corporation, Parametric Technology Corporation, and CollabNet. Mr. Turpault has a Master in Business Administration from Santa Clara University, CA and a Computer Science Degree from EPITA, France.
Terrell Cassada
Senior Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Product Development
Mr. Cassada is responsible for managing the execution of product architecture and development activities that address customer, competitive, and strategic requirements for the Mortgage Connectivity Hub suite of software products. Mr. Cassada joined Lydian Technology Group in 1997 with prior mortgage technology tenures at Barnett Bank and Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation. He has over 13 years experience in providing information technology solutions to the mortgage lending industry. Mr. Cassada has also served as the Vice-Chair of the MISMO Core Structures work group.
Judy Lysaght
Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Ms. Lysaght is responsible for the technical support and services team. She provides client and vendor relationship management and works closely with our sales organization. She is also responsible for the development of strategic business partnerships with the premier industry software vendors. She has served in several capacities including managing the change control process and working with product management and product development to define, develop, test and deliver Mortgage Connectivity Hub software products to meet the mortgage industry technological needs. She has also managed stateside and offshore quality assurance teams, product packaging, licensing and delivery. In addition, she works closely with senior business analysts and the architecture team to design customized mortgage systems integration tools and custom implementations of those tools for mortgage industry standard software packages (POS, LOS, Servicing, Underwriting, etc.) and custom systems. Ms. Lysaght joined Lydian in 2000 after several years of progressive responsibility in the technology arena for the student lending and prepaid tuition verticals where she served as a systems development manager and a senior project manager. Ms. Lysaght has an MBA from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL and is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
